My Favorite vacation memory

This winter vacation, I went to Fukuoka and Kagoshima. I went to Fukuoka to go aquarium with my club friends. I drive a car for two hours on the freeway. We went to marine world. I have been to there when I was elementary school student. So there is good old. We have a good time. I went to Kagoshima with my class friends. This trip is stay over night. We went to Kirishima shrine and drive the city. It is very fun. We have dinner at hotel. Its taste is good! Hot spring is good too. There is very cheap but everything is good so I want to stay there again! The next morning, we went to hot spring again and checkout there. This winter vacation is very massive!

My Favorite movie

My favorite movie is pirates of Caribbean series. Its casts are very good and story is very exciting! I always pirate’s story so I like one piece comic books too. Pirates of Caribbean series have action scene, comedy scene, love scene and impression scene. I like every scene. First story is I watch in my house at DVD. Second and third story are watch in movie theater. Of course movie theater is more powerful than TV. So I want to watch first story at movie theater again! I want to watch other series at movie theater again too. I hear its fourth story will presentation future. If its rumor is true, I want to watch in movie theater. I pray its rumor is true!!

My Favorite music

I always listen to Japanese pop music but recently I don’t watch TV so I can’t get new songs information. I get music into my music player a lot of music maybe NEWS’s music is the most playing. I like them before but recently I get boom again. I want to go concert again. I like Galileo galilei’s music, flumpool’s music etc too. Sometimes I listen to Disney music in English. My Favorite car

I am not familiar with a lot of cars. I always drive a station wagon. I was not good at driving it at first. But now, I can average driving it. Sometimes I borrow a compact car from my grandfather. Driving it is so easy. My grandfather has 2 cars so I want a compact car but he doesn't give me. If I want to go to near place and only me, I want to use a compact car. My Favorite drink

I always drink tea. When I was elementary school student, I start drinking tea. In summer, fall, winter and spring all season I drink tea. Tea is very good smell. I like others kind tea too. My Favorite flower

My favorite flower is cosmos! I like pink cosmos. Cosmos is my birthday’s flower. One cosmos is not cute but so many many cosmos are very beautiful!! Have you seen a cosmos garden? It is so beautiful and I am so exciting! I went to cosmos garden every year but in recent year I can’t go to big cosmos garden so I was sad. But Kumamoto Gakuen University plants cosmos at anyplace in fall. So I am looking forward to go to school and see any cosmos! But in fact I want to go a big cosmos garden. I want to go Oita because so many cosmos planted!! We can see it in Kumamoto at zoo and Aso. There are small than Oita but we can see beautiful cosmos garden. Essay 2-03a: My School Life Now and Future

Last year, I entered Kumamoto Gakuen University of English department. I wavered in English department or social welfare department when I was high school student. I took both entrance exam and I passed both department but I choose English department. Because I like English and it is high level in Kumamoto Gakuen University.

First year, I always confused a lot of things. For example lesson's system, lesson's composition, university's facility, layout etcetera. I choose my lesson with my friends so I always same friends. and now, I always same friend too! I like them so much. They are very interesting and reliable. If I didn't make friends with them I can't enjoy my school life. We met first time in Freshman camp. We eat bedtime snack "rice ball" so our member's group name is team rice ball! We are 7 members. Half member are in 1 class and other half member are in 2 class.

I study teaching course now. I try study it last year because my mother’s advice. But I don’t want to become teacher because I can’t study English perfect so I can’t teach it other people. When I was high school student, I want to try to study teaching course little. Last year, I study it and I noticed “I can’t teach English for student” So I want to retire teaching course but I can’t retire it by my mother. I won’t to go practice teaching! So I want to retire it!!

At first year, I hardly ate lunch at school restaurant but this year I often eat lunch at there. School restaurant is very cheap and good taste. So I like it. My favorite menu is Sutadon. It is in Higawaridon’s Tuesday’s menu. I always eat it on Tuesday but others day I eat cutlet curry or cutlet rice. There are good taste too. We eat lunch in school restaurant everyday and if we have box lunch too. When we have free time, we always talking at school restaurant. Summer day, school restaurant sells start ice-cream cone. It is delicious and cheap! I eat it three times a week. Now, there sells start Oden. It is delicious and cheap too!

I belong to badminton club. At first, I didn’t think I belong to it because I didn’t want to play badminton so hard. But my senior and friend belong to it so I was persuaded to enter the badminton club by them. I can’t adapt myself to club and club’s members. But some time I can open out to them so I was enjoy to go practice. I belong to Syodo club at same time but I retire it because I enjoy badminton club better than Syodo club. Now, I go practice everyday and I enjoy it. Our grade will become officer so I am tense up! Badminton club has away games five times a year. Its length is about a week each time. I have been to Fukuoka, Nagasaki, Oita and Saga. We always use our car. When the away games, we can become good relation.

I will continue study English when I graduate the university. I will continue play badminton when I graduate the university. I want to go anyplace with class members or club members and I want to make a lot of memories.

I think the university has more building, parking, fast food store, and library is larger than now. The university has pick-up bus and drive student to school from a meeting place. Dining room looks like cafeteria. We can take a coffee and cake. Sometimes I want to go there.

I have learned languages are Japanese, English and Spanish. Now, I will tell you my language learning experience.

I started learning Japanese when I was kindergarten student. I always hearing a lot of people's conversation. So I took in my head and learning. I learned greeting, letter, composition, poem, haiku and reading when I was elementary school student. I learn same things at elementary school and classical Chinese when I was junior high school. When I was high school student, I started learning classical Japanese and short essay. Classical Japanese is very difficult for me. Now, I learn essay and history.

When I was 4 years old, I started to go English conversation lesson. Then I didn’t like the class. But I had to go there. At first, I didn’t like there but I enjoyed the class gradually. I went there once a week, I was looking forward to go there. Because I was learning as I was play a lot of games. I do a lot of event, for example Easter, Halloween and Christmas etc... Everything events is very fun and I can learn a lot of things. I did egg hunting game in Easter. Do you know egg hunting? It looks like treasure hunting. When the Halloween, I put on a lot of costumes: witch, angel, black cat, clown, Alice and snow white princes. I did Christmas party and exchange the present at the class in Christmas.

That lesson is all game sense. I learning some words and example sentence in play some games. I learned a lot of songs. For example day’s song, month’s song and alphabet’s song etc… I had been to there for fourteen years. I have only happy memories. I meet my teacher sometimes and talk with her. I like English when I was junior high school student. Because I got high score at the test. And I like Japanese too. When I was high school student, I learn listening, writing, reading, oral communication and grammar. Grammar is difficult for me. So I was confuse anytime. And now, I go to Britain and America department in Kumamoto Gakuen University. I am learning writing, reading, listening and speaking now. I like English but I hardly study English at home. I have to study so hard! I can't be like Spanish. I can't study Spanish but I want to go to Spain someday.

Learning language is interesting. So I wanted to go this department. Learning English is difficult too. So I study very hard. I want to study English long time. If I have chance, I want to study a lot of language. For example Korean, British English, French etc.

My Favorite clubs/circle

I belong to badminton club for 11 years. So I like badminton club. I started playing badminton when I was 10 years old because my parents and my grand parents are play badminton so I watch badminton in my childhood and I want to play it. I went to Korea with my aunt. My favorite travel is it. At first, we went to Fukuoka international airport and leave from Japan. This travel is the first time travel abroad for me. I hardly go up the roof in summer. Because roof's surface are very hot! I can't touch there! If I touch it, I scald my body! But I like summer sky, so if roof don't hot, I want to go up in summer and see the sky near sky. When Hinokunimatsuri’s fireworks at Eduko, my family go up the roof and we watch fireworks. Because my house is near the Eduko. So we go up the roof, we can watch set piece. But now, fireworks is not near my house. So we don't watch the fireworks on the roof :( I am so sad.


Fall...
I like fall sky the best. Because fall’s weather is cool and the evening sun is very beautiful. When I have free time, I go up second floor’s roof and I sleep as I listen to music. Then I feel so happy. I can refresh. Sometimes, I don’t bring music player at evening. Because I can hear insect’s sound. It is so kind. I like hear the sound too. I often go up roof at night. Fall’s moon is beautiful too. So I like see the moon at roof. I want to admire the moon at there.


Winter…
I don’t go up the roof because winter is cold! I like winter’s night sky but I can’t spend on the roof. It is very cold for me. I can’t stand it. So I endure I spend at porch or yard. I want to bring a hot cocoa or hot tea at the roof.

Today is Hinokunimatsuri first day. First day is fireworks! I went to downtown to see fireworks before. This year I am not going to go there. But I was invited my friends so my plan is change. We went to restaurant to eat dinner and drinking. We can see fire works at there. The clerk says “ You can go to roof and you can see fireworks.” So we go to the roof. We can see fireworks near. We take some pictures. And we return in the restaurant. We had a good time. I want to go there again in next year.

My favorite animal are dogs and cats. I had dog when I was elementary school student. The dog's kind is Pomeranian. She is very small and lightness!! She is always running and jumping!! They went to Japan-cup. I couldn’t watch the game but I was very impression. So I want to watch junior high school student’s soccer games again. The game was in Rikigou junior high school. The first game’s opposition was Kyusyu gakuin junior high school. We won the game 4 to 0. The second game’s opposition was Rikigou junior high school. We won the game too 3 to 0. Both games were very exciting. They ran ran ran!! And shoot shoot shoot!! I think about they are very young and I feel I am very old. I am so sad. Ha ha ha!

Essay 1-02b: badminton

I search about badminton. My elementary school area is strong and my parents are play badminton too. So I start badminton when I was fourth grade in elementary school. I play badminton now. I like badminton very much. So I search it.


The badminton beginnings 18 century British and India. Being particularly popular in the British garrison town Pune, the game also come to be known as Pune. Intially, balls of wool were preferred by the upper classes in windy or wet conditions, but ultimately the shuttlecock stuck. This game was taken by retired officers back to England where it developped and rules were set out.


We use racket and shuttlecock when we play badminton. Racket is light, with top quality racket weighting between 75 and 95 grams including the strings. They are composed of many different materials ranging from carbon fibre composite to solid steal, which may be augmented by a variety of materials. Shuttlecock is a high-drag projectile with an open conical shape: the cone is formed from sixteen overlapping feathers embedded into a rounded cork base. The cork is covered with thin leather or synthetic material. Synthetic shuttles are often used by recreational players to reduce their costs as feathered shuttles break easily. These nylon shuttles may be constructed with either natural cork or synthetic foam base, and a plastic skirt.


Badminton has three kind of game. Singles, doubles and mix doubes. Singles is very hard. Since one person needs to cover the entire court, singles tactics are based on forcing the opponent to move as much as possible; this means that singles strokes are normally directed to the corners of the court. Doubles is both pairs will try to gain and maintain the attack, smashing downwards when possible. Whenever possible, a pair will adopt an ideal attacking formation with one player hitting down from the rearcourt, and his partner in the midcourt intercepting all smash returns except the lift. If the rearcourt attacker plays a dropshot, his partner will move into the forecourt to threaten the net reply. If a pair cannot hit downwards, they will use flat strokes in an attempt to gain the attack. If a pair is forced to lift or clear the shuttlecock, then they must defend: they will adopt a side-by-side position in the rear midcourt, to cover the full width of their court against the opponents' smashes. In doubles, players generally smash to the middle ground between two players in order to take advantage of confusion and clashes. Mix doubles is both pairs try to maintain an attacking formation with the woman at the front and the man at the back. This is because the male players are substantially stronger, and can therefore produce smashes that are more powerful. As a result, mixed doubles requires greater tactical awareness and subtler positional play. Clever opponents will try to reverse the ideal position, by forcing the woman towards the back or the man towards the front. In order to protect against this danger, mixed players must be careful and systematic in their shot selection.

I went to Kita Kyusyu to play badminton official game with my club member. I have been to Kita Kyusyu last year. We stay Confort hotel. It is business hotel. It is fine but I don’t like it. Because stuff is not pleasant. We eat breakfast in the hotel.

I try to game but I lost first time. Other member won so many time. They are very cool. I cheer them all time, it is so interesting. University’s games are so high level. So I can’t win some games. I have win the game four time before but it is miracle. When we come back to the hotel, we go to bed soon. Because everyone so tired. At night, we go to town to eat supper. We can go a lot of restaurant. For example, Ousyo, Yoshinoya, Matsuya, Chinese noodle restaurant and etcetera. All restaurant are delicious. We visit to Yoshinoya once an away game. Because it is so reasonable and taste is not bad.

I have talked with Sojo university’s student. So I can get some new friends. I enjoy a lot of things with them.

Last day, we went to gymnasium and judge the game. I was took a picture with my respect man when I get rest. I was very very happy. He is fourth grade, so I can take a picture last chance.

BR:1-09 Little Mermaid

At the very bottom of the sea, the water was as clear as glass. Tall seaweed grew up around the castle walls and small, bright fish darted among its branches. The sea King has six mermaid daughters. Each daughter was given her own small garden to care for. On the eldest sister's fifteenth birthday, the sea King's castle frothed with excitement . The little mermaid is fifteenth birthday arrived. As the dawn light warmed the sky, a pretty girl came and helped the prince to his feet. Smiling, he looked out to sea, then walked away. The little mermaid floated joyfully back to the castle. That evening, all six mermaids rose up through the sea and swam to the place to see the prince. Day after day, the little mermaid returned to the palace. The ugly sea witch stood at the entrance. The witch says "I give you to human legs but you lost your voice." The little mermaid says "That's not my problem." She get human legs. The prince saw the splashes. She spent the whole day with the prince. She was very happy but kept wobbing on her new feet. The prince says "I don't even know your name. But when I saw you in the water this morning, I thought of my own true love." Her eyes sparkled and her heat beat faster. Next morning, She watched her prince sail into the distance. The world she loved was lost to her. With tears streaming down her cheeks, the brave little mermaid disappeared into the welcoming waves.

I had second class and it finish. I went to Yui's house and we went to Kumamoto harbor. We met Kumamoto University's badminton club member by accident. We rode on ferry. Princess Poppy was furious. She won't marry Prince Humperdink. Prince Humperdink is coming to dinner tonight but Princess Poppy picked up her golden ball and stomped into the garden. The first classes are may be difficult for me because I choice teacher's training course. I do one best because last year, I lost my point. I need a lot of point. Monday's class is easy but Thursday's class is very hard because Monday has only 2 classes but Thursday has 5 classes.

By the way, I visited to Myondon in Seoul in Korea last week! There was very fun! I enjoyed shopping. I bought a lot of cosmetics. It was cheaper than Japan's. I can't buy cosmetics in Japan. I like fiery foods so I like Korean foods. I ate some foods. I recommend to visit to Korea for girls. If you like shopping, I recommend to there for boys. If you don't like shopping, I recommend eating tour. Korean foods is delicious! Last day was snowed so very very cold. I want to visit to Myondon.
